Yesterday I received the blessing and great privilege to visit with the Lord with my daughter. She had come to me a few nights back and asked if she could get up with me and have her quiet time with me.
On Friday morning, we rode out to the river just below the dam (my favorite spot in the County). We stood on the river's edge and talked with the Creator of the Universe. We kept our eyes open, looking around at all the beauty that God has provided through nature--the living water, the swaying trees, the wood ducks, the geese, a crane, a slight breeze and finally, as Juliana was praying, my eyes were fixed on her.
Tears welled in my eyes as big as raindrops before they fell from my cheeks as I watched my used-to-be little girl praising her Saviour at my side. I find it so easy to pour my heart out to God there and as I found out, so does Juliana. Thank you God for a moment that I will always cherish.
